Giving Materials and Equipment a Second Life
Giving Materials and Equipment a Second Life
As part of the relocation of our workshops to Frépillon, Les Marbreries de la Seine sought to give a second life to part of their stone inventory and equipment.
Nearly 600 tonnes of materials were donated to French schools and training centres specialising in stone craftsmanship, marble working and mineral arts.
Les Marbreries de la Seine also managed all the logistics involved in this initiative, including transportation, equipment relocation, and the provision of tools and samples.
Above all, this initiative reflects our commitment to supporting educational institutions by providing access to the raw materials and equipment essential to practical training.
A tangible way to support the next generation of craftspeople and contribute to the future of the stone industry.
